About Forecast Assets

Forecast Assets is an independent quantitative market intelligence platform. We publish model-based price forecasts for ten major markets — Bitcoin, gold, silver, WTI crude oil, Brent crude, natural gas, copper, wheat, corn and coffee — grounded in institutional research, live market data and transparent probabilistic modelling.

Our mission

We believe that quantitative market analysis should be accessible, transparent and verifiable. Our mission is to provide independent, data-driven price forecasts that help market observers understand probable price trajectories — without hype, guaranteed-return claims or hidden methodology.

Every forecast we publish includes three scenarios (bull, base and bear) with explicit probability weights, the key price drivers, the principal risks, and a SHA-256 cryptographic fingerprint that proves the forecast was not altered after publication. Evaluated forecasts — correct and incorrect — remain permanently visible in our public track record.

Coverage and target markets

Forecast Assets covers ten asset classes across four commodity sectors and digital assets: precious metals (gold, silver), energy (WTI crude oil, Brent crude, natural gas), base metals and soft commodities (copper, wheat, corn, coffee), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin). Forecasts are published on four horizons: 10-day, 60-day, 6-month and 12-month.

The platform is designed for market observers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Germany. Content is published in English and German. All price data is sourced from Yahoo Finance and timestamped at retrieval.

How forecasts are produced

Each forecast is generated by a quantitative ensemble that combines trend and momentum indicators (moving averages, RSI, MACD), realised-volatility bands, and consensus anchoring against institutional research targets. Scenario probabilities are calibrated using options-implied volatility where available and the historical hit rate of previous forecasts on the same asset and horizon.

Institutional research sources include the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA), the World Bank Commodity Markets Outlook, and published research from J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, UBS, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, Commerzbank and Standard Chartered. Sources are cited inside each unlocked forecast card.

Transparency and verifiability

At the moment of publication, each forecast is sealed with a SHA-256 cryptographic hash derived from its asset, horizon, direction, target price, range and UTC timestamp. This fingerprint is displayed on every forecast card and in the track record. Because the hash is computed before publication and never regenerated, any post-publication alteration would produce a different hash — making tampering detectable.

We publish every evaluated forecast, including those that were wrong. Our track record is never curated to show only successful calls. The directional hit rate and range accuracy are computed from the full population of evaluated forecasts.

Editorial standards

All published content — forecasts, blog articles and market analysis — is reviewed against a compliance checklist before publication. We verify that every numerical claim is sourced and timestamped, that no outcome is guaranteed, that benefits and risks are balanced, and that the mandatory financial disclaimer is present.

We do not accept sponsored content, paid placements or advertising. We do not purchase backlinks or engage in any practice that could compromise editorial independence. Our growth strategy relies exclusively on organic search, original content and transparent methodology.
