Crypto Payment Terms

1. How payments work
Credit packages are paid in cryptocurrency (currently the currencies listed at checkout) by sending the exact displayed amount to the wallet address shown, quoting your order reference. Orders are valid for 24 hours.
2. Confirmation & crediting
Credits are added to your balance after the transaction receives sufficient network confirmations, normally within 1–24 hours. Underpaid or overpaid orders are flagged for manual review; the operator may credit proportionally or contact you at your registered email.
3. Exchange rate
The crypto amount is calculated from the USD package price at order creation using current market rates. The amount displayed at checkout is the amount due, regardless of subsequent price moves.
4. Irreversibility
Blockchain payments are irreversible. Verify address and network carefully before sending. Funds sent to a different address or network cannot be recovered by the Platform.
