Terms of Service

1. The service

Forecast Assets ("the Platform") provides live market data and probabilistic price forecasts for educational and informational purposes. By creating an account or using the Platform you accept these Terms.

2. Accounts

Registration requires only a username and an email address. No identity verification or authentication is performed and accounts remain anonymous. You are solely responsible for remembering your username: it is the key to your account, and lost usernames cannot be recovered through identity checks.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

3. Credits

Credits are virtual, non-transferable units used exclusively to unlock digital forecast content on the Platform. Credits have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and never expire. Credit prices, package composition and unlock costs may change at any time; changes never affect credits already purchased.

4. No investment advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, financial, trading, legal or tax advice. Forecasts are probabilistic scenarios that may be wrong. You must not rely on the Platform for investment decisions.

5. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the Platform, including losses caused by inaccurate data or forecasts, delayed market data, or service interruptions.

6. Termination

We may suspend or disable accounts that abuse the service, attempt fraud in payments, or violate these Terms.
