Digital content
Credits unlock digital content that is delivered instantly and irrevocably. For this reason, credits and unlocked forecasts are non-refundable once delivered, as permitted by applicable digital-content regulations you expressly consent to at purchase.
Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment fails, is duplicated, or credits are not delivered for a confirmed payment, contact the operator from your registered email with the order reference. Verified issues are resolved with credit delivery or, at the operator's discretion, a crypto refund net of network fees.
Unused credits
Unused credits never expire but cannot be redeemed for cash or crypto.
